Our GH range is expertly designed to meet the rigorous demands of the construction and plant industries. This family of trailers is renowned for its versatility, durability, and robust build, making it an essential asset for professionals worldwide. Every GH trailer features a 24mm thick, heavy-duty resin-coated plywood floor as standard, combined with a galvanised, welded steel tub construction to ensure exceptional strength and longevity. The robust leaf spring suspension offers excellent service life alongside outstanding towing stability, even across challenging terrain.

The GH4 series consists of four model options: GH64, GH94, GH94BT, and GH1054. Despite its compact, single-axle design, the robust and reliable build of the GH64 makes it ideal for transporting smaller items of plant, such as micro-excavators. The GH94 is available in two configurations, with the beavertail GH94BT being the most popular. Its low loading angle makes it suitable for a wider range of machinery, and it is a firm favourite within the plant hire and utility industries, offering excellent versatility and payload, particularly in the 3.5-tonne gross weight variant. The GH1054 is the largest model in the GH4 range, excelling in demanding conditions while offering one of the highest payloads available within the GH range.

Introduced in 2018 following customer demand, the GH6 series was developed to provide a wider plant trailer while retaining the proven strength, reliability, and towing characteristics of the GH4 range. Designed for operators requiring increased width and capacity, the GH6 range delivers enhanced stability and loading capability without compromising towability. Available in three size options - GH106, GH126, and GH146 - each model shares the same core design principles, allowing customers to select the platform length and axle configuration that best suits their machinery.

The DIGADOC® system for the GH plant trailer range offers a smart, straightforward approach to loading and securing compact tracked machinery, even for operators with limited experience. It’s designed to make loading safer, faster and more consistent. DIGADOC® is compatible with the GH94 and GH1054 trailers with steel floors fitted and is suitable for machinery up to 2.7 tonnes (subject to the trailer’s gross vehicle weight and towing limits). A range of accessories is also available to compliment the DIGADOC® system and further enhance its usability.

Three self-supporting knife-edge options are available on the GH range.

The 1.2m (3'9") full width ramp provides the benefits of a full width ramp and is bevelled to help guide the tracks or wheels of plant being loaded.

The 1.45m (4'9") bevelled ramp offers a reduced loading angle of 13° during loading and the ramp is bevelled to help guide the tracks or wheels of plant being loaded.

The 1.45m (4'9") sliding skids offers all the benefits of the 1.45m bevelled ramp with further flexibility for easier loading of narrower plant e.g. access platforms.

In addition a fourth option, comprising of 1.2m (3'9") sliding skids is available for the GH1054 only. This version offers maximum payload.

GX Series trailers are constructed from folded pre-galvanized steel sections and are offered with hinged adjustable skids or a full-width loading ramp plus a built-in bucket rest as standard. Sizes range from the smallest GX84 up to the largest GX126. GX Models are available with maximum gross weights of 2700kg and 3500kg.

Consistent Positioning for Safe Transport
As the machine drives onto the trailer, DIGADOC® cowlings guide the tracks into correct alignment without guesswork. Optional adjustable side guides can be specified to provide additional lateral control during loading, helping centre the machine as it climbs the bed.
Forward movement continues until the machine reaches the correct fore-and-aft position for balanced towing. For additional security in transit, an optional blade stop locates the rear dozer blade to help prevent rearward movement.
When specified with the excavator arm retention kit, DIGADOC® removes the need for traditional tie-down straps for excavators. This significantly reduces manual handling, speeds up loading and unloading, and promotes safer working practices on site.

Strapless Securing Method - The machine is retained with the help from the DIGADOC® retaining cowlings rather than traditional tie-down straps. Only fully strapless when the arm retainer kit is specified.
